My 5/3/1 Routine


#1

1 - calf raise, power snatch, back squat, bench press, oh press
2 - clean and press
3 - front squat, bench press
4 - calf raise, power snatch, back squat, bench press, oh press
5 - deadlift
6 - calf raise, power snatch, back squat, bench press, oh press
7 - clean and press

hi...i want to increase my power using 5/3/1
previous best deadlift sets have been 365*5, 405*1(probably on 5 seperate occasions)...but not sure if i should be deadlifting more than once a week...please take a look at this routine.

If you want to increase your power by doing 5/3/1, buy the book and follow the plan as written.
