Mon/Tue/Thu/Sat for OHP/DL/BP/SQ is the normal routine. I always try to go for a PR, but it is not always there you know.
To be frank, I have to say that I haven't quite understand FSL. Pretty much I run BBB with the last 2 sets changed (BP for close grip, deadlift for snatch grip DL or good morning...), just for the sake of variety.
I do the abs cycle (Leg raise + Crunch + Side bend) in the deadlift and squat day (That leg curl always give me nausea so I don't do it). Pull up for OHP day and Barbell row/dumbbell row for BP day.
