Hello, so i've started to workout 3 months ago. I was little bit chubby and i wanted to make change.
I did lots of cardio ate 50g of carbs sometimes less. And i dropped alot of fat. After month of dropping fat i started train to get muscle. I went from 52KG to 68KG. My height is 5'7 and i am 16 years old.
