My 10 X 10 & 5 x 5 Journey

Just one thing, learn to train through soreness! I read one of CT’s articles that one should learn to train through soreness, except the kind that hurts when even at rest. Sorry if I’m being annoying or anything.

My legs are not sore today! So I will be doing Legs/Abs. No keep posting and making suggestions. This log really helps me stay focused and then gives me an apporunity in a few months to look back and see what I did and how I was feeling.

I noticed that my diet is similar to The Get Shredded Diet. Since I will be increasing the fat intake instead of the protein.
