Long time reader of the forums but never post. just got some quick comments/questions. After the price reduction of Grow!, tribex and surge, Christian Thibaudeau's Mutation Series seemed like a very viable and do able work out and diet. I am 29 6'4 225lbs at 19% bf. I have been going to the gym for about 2 years (after I got out of the Army) but my workouts have not been consestant and my diet sucked. OK to the point...Due to my schedule I have to go to the gym in the mornings so i have switched some of the timeframes of the diet around so i can get my carbs and so forth after my workout. I switched the 6:30 am and 10:30 am meals with the 2:30 pm and the 6:30 pm want to make sure this is optimal with the schedule change? I am also keeping a food log and lifting log.
The supplements I am taking are:
Tribex, Hot Rox, Low Carb Grow, Surge, fish oil, Vitamin A and Creatine. I would also be taking Red Kat but some company decided not to make enough and they are out of STOCK! Is there anything else I should add or change to either fit my schedule (workout in the morning) or add or delete to the supplements?
