Must-Have Training Equipment?

EliteFTS has never steered me wrong in the past, and I want to start incorporating some more band work. Higher price means higher quality and more jacked results, right?

i have an elite total in the 198s.

Sometimes, when I’m working out, and like I see people watching me and like it’s strange. Sometimes, it like makes me very nervous. Like, I don’t like when people are watching me work out. It bothers me, seriously. These bands would be sooooo amazing to work out with. No one will know that I’m working out and like they’ll think I’m trying to fly or something. Oh my god, my confidence is going to be sooooo much better.

Thank you!

I used that band for years after pressing or pull ups to add that extra ummf with band pull aparts. I started with 0reps of 0 sets and ended that way.

I had to upgrade.

The Captains of Crush grippers or something like those are items I wish I had years ago.
