Music While You Lift?

Don’t know if this has been posted like a million times already but I just thought I’d go ahead and start the conversation anyway… What do you guys like to listen to while you lift? My all time favorite’s gotta be Pantera… Anybody else a big rock fan?

Nope…absolutey not. No one’s ever thought to talk about that on here…then again, maybe if I understood the point of the ‘search’ function maybe I’d find that I’m completely fucking wrong.

Go easy on the guy Sen, from his avatar he looks like he might be a little out of touch.

Good point.

Sorry OP…I’m a little pissed off right now because I’ve once again added myself to my ‘ignore’ list.

the sound of destruction, hellfire and tears

When I train, I generate a certain kind of focused energy that if I was out in public I would not be able to function. Everything has to be dark, gritty, heavy, and brutal. I’m not a very cuddly guy when I train. I’m not a complete asshole but I won’t try to make chit-chat. Music: Hatebreed, Disturbed, Lamb of God, Pantera, RAM, Slayer, Pig Destroyer, andd As I Lay Dying just to name a few.

When it comes to music, anything I like while sitting at home relaxing, I also like for training. KD Lang or Pantera, it doesn’t change how many times I can bench press 225.

I’m the same way when drinking. Good music is good music. When I ask someone at a party how they can listen to the awful shit that’s coming out of the speakers, they always say: “I like this music when I’m drinking…” but I think they just have bad taste, but won’t admit to it when sober… but I digress.
