Muscle Strenth Ratios?

Ive found very little on the topic of strength ratios for different muscles. The only thing Ive read basically was by Chad Waterbury saying that opposing muslces should be about equal in strength. But how strong for instance should your calfs be compared to your biceps, or to the rest of your entire body for that matter.

I knows its probably hard to give measurements like this, or even to give size measurements because strength and muscle are not one to one.

Any thoughts?
