For the past week I have had a muscle spasm in my Tricep area. This goes on throught the day. It is not painful, just more anoying that anything and now that it has been at least a week thought I would ask. Beside the Tricep, the only other place is my quad right above the knee.
I guess the only thing that has really changed is the following 1)I have been consistent in the weight room for 5 weeks going on 6 weeks now. Usually I would do good for about 2 weeks, then take at leat a week off if not more. 2)I have been eating more calories tryin to put on weight. 3)Started doing Foam Rolling, 4)Cut my Cardio.
Any ideas or suggestions.
