I love me some Klokov presses, and always do them as my number 2 on shoulder days. But like a few others mentioned here, I do not ever get DOMS in my shoulders. Nor do I ever get DOMS in my back.

Pecks get DOMS occasionally, and legs (quads, glutes, and hammies) can get serious DOMS after a recovery week.

There doesn’t seem to be any correlation between DOMS and growth, as my legs, shoulders and arms all grow well, and my chest and back are weak areas (more chest than back).
