will feeling too much muscle soreness for periods of 2 days or more mean that You will not make as much gains on a particular Mag-10 cycle with all other factors, i.e. diet, training, being equal? Has the muscle broken down to the point where protein synthesis will be used to repair back a huge part instead of adding to an already existing part? laters pk
Check my response in the “Has this happened to you?” thread and let me know if that helps. I think the DOMS will decrease after time, but your first couple of sessions could really cause some serious soreness.
