Im not completely finished with the book but if your looking for something different and if your someone that never seems to devote yourself to one program i highly recommend this book.

I picked up some extremely useful tips in the first 25 pages and not obvious things, Chad Waterbury is def. an icon in my eyes…Keep up the good work.

Also, if your interested in Physiology or Kinesiology, (Will be my major once I get to college), I believe this book will give you a headstart in the right direction. Awesome book.
