Muscle Memory

Hi all,

I’m curious to see what you guys think concerning training several lifts for only 3-4 months a year.

I’m thinking of doing calisthenics for 3 months, then some olympic lifts and then WS and then repeating that the following year.

My question is, after not benching or doing pull-ups for two thirds of the year, will my strength and endurance rapidly return or is this kind of training regimen utterly useless?

Comments? Ideas?
