Muscle Meals other than Chicken, Brown Rice and Veggies

I invented this stuff…it’s a mega-protein meal that I portion out into gladware containers and stack in the fridge.

Mega Protein Tuna Noodle

8 cans water packed tuna with water
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 tray chopped mushrooms
1 package frozen chopped spinach
16 ounces fat free cottage cheese
2 boullion cubes
pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper to taste

simmer in a large pot for few minutes, then fold in

3/4 cup to 1-1/2 cup unflavored whey powder- add more to thicken liquid
2 small handfuls cooked whole wheat radiatore pasta

heat through and portion out.
