Hey CT, my girlfriend has been working out recently and every exercise she does she only feels the muscle working on one side of her body regardless of the muscle being worked. Her lower back is always in pain. Any idea what it could be? Should she do more unilateral exercises?
Not CT, & defo nothing to sell! - have a look into Somatic stretching and sort out her muscle amnesia: some dead easy stretching which may just help. Of course that’s along with getting her technique down pat.
