From your experience how much new muscle do you think a drug free bodybuilder can gain in 12 months with HIT Strength Training? In my opinion:
- New to training: Easily 15 lbs, probably 20+ lbs
- Experienced and under 40: Around 10+ lbs
- Experienced and over 40: About 1, 2 or 3 lbs
Regain is easier. I lost about 18 lbs of muscle during the pandemic lock downs and regained most of it in 28 days. Not quite the Colorado Experiment - but not bad!
