muscle fiber specialization

I’m sure most of you are aware that muscle fibers adapt to the type of exercise that they’re exposed to (ie. more fast twitched fibers as a result of strength training or too much bike riding resulting in a higher growth rate of slow-twitch fibers). I’m wondering exactly how much bike riding would cause an change in the ratio of fast to slow twitch muscle fibers in my quads as a result of bike riding. I like to use a bike for transportation while staying lean for the summer, but don’t want to compromise leg strength/size. thanks
