I’m having difficulty grasping the concept. Can you explain the ‘activation’?
Is it that the muscle can’t contract? Or that you can’t feel it contracting because you’ve got a shitty mind-muscle connection?

sorry about that i don’t really no but i just can’t feel it contracting the way i do on the other side
Are you lifting the same weight with the same range of motion as the other side?
If yes, don’t worry about it.
If no, start.
