What should bodybuilders look for in their multivitamin? Any good ones that stand out? Or are they all pretty much the same?
I’d stick with a standard chewable children’s multi-vitamin/mineral. Break one in half; take half with breadfast and the other with dinner.
Is Biotest still going to put out a multi vitamin? I heard they might make it in 3 parts, ie Morning, Post Workout, and Night or something like that.
You might want to look into something with a variety of antioxidants as well as the standard vitamins and minerals.
No or LOW Iron and one that is taken twice or more daily to equla one serving.
