I’ve read a couple of threads about LIfting Twice a day. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on a Olympic lifting work out and a Power Lifting Workout in the Same day?
Something like -
Clean and Jerk
Jerks from the Rack
I know thats a very rough idea, but the idea is keeping it simple, short, and intense.
Also, any thoughts on adding in some Strong Man Type Training 2-3 Times a week.
Would this training be possible with the Right kind of Pairing of Exercising (Not lifting shoulders 3 times in a day … shoulder-press, log press, jerks from the jack) and with proper recovery. Or would this just lead to Over training Real Quick?
Any Thoughts? Opinions?
