Multiple Training Sessions On Pulse Feast?

Just wondering if it’s advisable to do eccentric-less sled work and/or neural charge workouts first thing in the morning if one’s eating time is in the evening?

I’m finding that getting to the gym at 6pm and then fitting in 2 hours of training isn’t leaving me a lot of time to eat at night - (in bed by 10pm), so is it ok to do the sled in the morning even though I have no postworkout calories coming in? (Except for the MAG-10 of course)

The premise of the pulse feast is that most cals, except for those from the pulses, come post workout so…

and i’m pretty sure thibs advises to do eccentric less work after a pulse. neural charge shouldn’t matter too much, but after a pulse would be ideal.
