Multiple Training Sessions in One Day

With gym in lockdowns and folks building up home gym (including myself), wonder if time to brush the dust off some of CT’s old 2-3 a day training programs?

Seem to recall one from decade ago, something like 30 min session max in morning (one lift 3-5 reps) then another later in evening.

Why? What’s the benefit? You can’t train for one hour?
