I do like pinned good mornings. Been forever since I did pinned squats so that would be a good change of pace too.
Right now I dont have ankle mobility to get in at bottim so have to go a pin higher

Start work back on the rail road so training will go back to 2 days. With my downtime I can hit everyones log.
