Multi Joint Exercises and Swimming

I’ve been doing it for awhile but would greatly appreciate your opinion about this program. It seems to fit in my schedule nicely. The questions is whether i’m doing something really wrong.

Mon, Wed, Fri. TWO CYCLES OF
-Decline ab crunches with 25b disk 2x10
-Bench Press 3x8
-Squats 3x8
-Military Press 3x8
-Bent Over Barbell Row 3x8

Tue, Thu:
-Swimming 30 lengths

I’m more interested in growing muscles than in pure strength.
