Coach, I have noticed that you have mentioned MTor and its affects on the aging process and health. I have tried to do some research and gained what I would call a minimal amount of knowledge on the subject; however, I was curious to know if there is a style of training that leads to a more minimal MTor response? What would comes to mind would be training for CNS stimualtion similar to many of your programs that utilize 1-3 reps because I would assume.there is less metabolic stress. Its very possible im completely wrong though. Thanks.
