I’ve added even more complexity to my Massive Eating calculations by introducing maximal urea synthesis rate (MRUS). Since good protein is expensive, I want to consume only as much protein as my body can use. I found some work by Rudman, et al that gives a simple formula, and it’s easy enough to calculate. Problem is, as body weight increases, the MRUS decreases, meaning that I’m capable of using less protein the more lean mass I have. This seams counter-intuitive to me, any of you science-types care to enlighten me? Thanks!
thats the exact opposite of everything ive ever learned.
I suggest trying deadlifts.
just eat some damn food. I would be more worried about my training program than measuring my urine.
