Anyone whos tried this give me a heads up on how you liked it? What you thought about it? What MRP did you use?
If fiddled with, could LC Grow be a decent MRP to use either alone, or in conjunction w/ say c
Classic Grow? Some adjustments would have to be made since LC Grow servings are less (so less calories) I dont want to be in a ketogenic state however, so my real meal would have to be a clean carbo meal, and workout shake would probably be something like Surge
