I am starting to use the MRP diet, using about 4 MRPs a day with 2 regular meals. I was wondering if anyone have used this type of diet to gain size, and what MRPs are the best?
You got it all wrong friend…Try four regular meals and two MRP’s. They’re not magic potions, they’re not gonna make you grow (although the name might fool you) it will facilitate you diet in your busy daily schedule. It’s just another meal, that’s all it is! You’ll see.
