MRE's for bulk?

I’m sure this has been posted before.

What’s the general opinion on MRE’s for a bulk food? Pretty high in carbs, really high in cals, not bad in fat, but low on protein. There’s always a protein bar though. Just work one of these into your meal plan.

If ya need the intake bro let it roll there is really no bad food aside from trans fats and HFCS. just bad fits of foods toward goals
