It's been way over a year since I posted a log. Been training hard except the 8 weeks off to recover from hernia surgery. Strength has come up nicely. Right now gym number are: Bench Press 270 Squat 370 Deadlift 445 Military 185. Program is 5-3-1 on main lifts-whatever after that. Anyway....this is today's
Flat bench- warm-ups bar by bunches, 135x5 2 times, 185x3 1 time
4x5 (3 sets with added 25 lbs)
pulley push down (lost count of sets of 8 with 90 pounds)
hanging leg raises
O, BTW-I did the tire flips and sledge hammer work on Friday so I guess I escape being stoned to death one more time........
