OKAY SO random perhaps boring update (also, apologies that I don't know how to multi-quote, if people keep talking to me I'll really get my post count up, ha-ha).
BI's Tri's today:
Started it like uhh 8 chin ups then 7 dips then 7 chin ups and another 7 dips all super setted to get my mojo going.
That was the only exciting thing for my workout. Biceps and triceps are redundant and boring. I also just realized how hard it is to log my workouts when I don't know the names of half the exercises I am doing, LOl!
Tricep elbow benty over head thinger with bicep curl palms facing this way sorta stuff=BoooooooooORing.
so yes, i spent an hour doing that random shizz.
I should think up some fitness goals so I have something to get excited about again. I love looking forward to stuff. I'll work on that...
OKAY nothing else to report. Took my kid to the library and he used his own card for the very first time. Shoulda seen him hauling this big ol' book bag around, like a mutha f***ing boss, yo.
