I saw you came back… umm i posted my results with my glucometer last week and never got a response… heres what i got
36 mg/dl fasted
128 mg/dl 30 min (peak)
time to get back to fasted was 90 minutes
so i have awesome insulin sensitivity right?
Spencer, If I have to say this another time, Im gonna slit my wrists! A glucose tolerance test TELLS YOU NOTHING about insulin sensitivity! It tells you about…go figure…glucose tolerance. A fasted blood glucose coupled with a fasting blood insulin is the only way for you to assess insulin sensitivity. However, on a different note, your numbers look fine so your GLUCOSE TOLERANCE is good.
ok but in your damn article it says insulin sensitivity on your chart…
