Moving into the Off-Season

Really enjoyed your article/testimonial about the Football & Basketball high schoolers. I have been running this with some kids I coach basketball, great feedback from them only a couple of cycles in.

Interested in how you’d progress this moving into the off season workout, I’ve read 5/3/1 and Athletes and you suggested 2, 3, or 4 days per week.
