I am starting this log to keep track progress as well as to connect with other like minded individuals and receive advice and feedback on my training.

I have been training for approximately 8 years (although not seriously the entire time). My training goals are simple: to get stronger, move faster and have fun. I enjoy experimenting with different methods in my training (powerlifting, olympic lifting, strongman, running, sprinting etc.) I am hoping to get into strongman competition in the near future so a lot of my training will reflect that preparation.
