sorry this may be a bit of a rant, so i thought i’d post a link here - though this likely isn’t an issue with y’all
but i just read one more article about how to do the least possible amount of work to “be healthy” whatever that means.
more like the least we can get away with.
so my question is, aren’t we sending the wrong signal to the media and everywhere else if we aim for shorter workouts?
