i was involved in a motorcycle accident 4 weeks ago and was lucky enough to only fracture my ankle in 2 places, where the talus was driven up into the tibia and fibia. i now have 11 screws and 2 steel plates in there and am recovering well so far, with my brace i might be able to begin putting pressure on my right leg again in another 2-4 weeks. It also couldn’t hurt to lose some weight as i’m carrying alot of excess baggage around right now. Does anyone think it would be worth it to use t-2 md-6 or mag-10 while i’m unable to work out? would any of these interfere with my recovery in any way? Is there any diet that wouldn’t go well with my recovery? any feedback would be appreciated.
