Motivation!

Hey, were you friends w Craig Kelly? That dude was my hero. Thats why I started snowboarding.

One thing that makes me strive for new gains and becoming stronger is the fact that i can become better and stronger. Also having a partner that makes sure that i go to work out on my training days. It helps tremendously for someone to call you and say “hey man wake up were goin to the gym.” Sometimes we need that extra push. i know i do.

Good point! It seems hard to find someone with your same goals though. It still helps to go to the gym with someone and take turns spotting, but the best thing is having someone who’s doing the same workout as you (changing the weights isn’t that big a deal comparted to the benefits).
