Motivation

My training partner recently up and left and since then my training sessions have been dropping off despite constantly telling myself that I won?t miss any more. It doesn’t help that it’s now summer over here in the merry old land of OZ and some days it just seems like suicide to do any exercise.

I’m taking steps to get back in to the swing my self but was wondering what others do in this sort of situation out of curiosity and future prevention.
