What template did you guys use to get in shape while gaining strength/size on a total 3-day template?
Krypteia and 1000% Awesome
Five and Dime was pretty solid too.
Full Body 1000% Awesome is very good. Just do not overdo your assistance work.
I like the beyond 531 20 week program from this site. It looks more geared towards strength but I’ve had good overall size progress with it as well just due to the amount and frequency of the big lifts. Also boring but big is pretty great for everything.
