From the one picture you posted, you’re obviously really lean and seem to have a pretty good base. I’d say definitely EAT MORE. Can’t say anything about training 'til you show us the wheels.
for being so cut your abs still look undefined, mabey it’s just me or the pose but where is the middle cut showing off the six pack

It’s my goal to have dubs (not wheels) like that; It’s in the works.
You kinda look like one of the cgi infected dudes from I am Legend.
Pic of his back in his profile, and that looks pretty good as well, still waiting for the legs though.
