Im about to start Joel Marion’s Stripped Down Hypertrophy http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding/stripped_down_hypertrophy&cr= and was wondering whether to do dips or DB shoulder presses.
I’m leaning towards dips but I wanted to see what others would choose if they could only have one vertical push in their program.
