The one-legged, one armed plank hold just pisses me off.

Power cleans. Because I suck at them.

That bench press variation where, while you’re cranking out reps, you have your gym buddy drop trou, straddle your chest and give you a great, big, Cleveland Steamer. I’ve seen great results, but damn, I hate doing that.

Any tricep work makes my elbows click. for some reason the only time my elbows don’t click is with barbell presses of any kind. and dumbell presses or tricep iso work makes my elbows click. so i only do half reps with tricep work. sucks.
