every calculator I’ve used has said something different by like 100-500 calories does anyone have thoughts on what they think is the best maintenance/deficit calculator?
Don’t worry about using a diet calculator. Everyone’s metabolic rate is highly individual. Just pick a starting point being sure to get adequate protein and fill in the rest of your calories with carbs and fat depending on individual preferences, training, etc, and let the mirror and scale dictate the changes you make on a weekly basis. Your metabolism is very adaptive, and won’t remain static. In other words, the starting point isn’t important; it’s the adjustments you make that will lead to success
