Morning Workouts (6AM!!!)

So I’m trying to workout between 5 or 6am start, for approximentely an hour or 90minutes, 3-6 times a week, off days, just fasted cardio.
So, whats the suggestions and stuff for eating the night before, and at 4am that training day?

Oats, whey, 30g,30g, stim? etc…?
