Coach i got a couple of questions:
1 - I currently trainn in the AM due to a new work shift and traing abt an hour after waking, what is your advice on what to eat? currently just having liquid carbs/protein uponk waking, and then the same peri-workout.
2 - i currently do the ballistic traiing you outlined in your recent article to wake myself up and the muscles to be worked. are there any other ways accelrate the waking up process.
3- any other diet/training/supp advice that you beleive are essential to follow when training so soon after waking?
