Morning Training, Diet?


Im going to be training in the mornings before work and wondered how to structure my diet around that.

Ideally Im thinking of a shake that includes egg whites, oat powder, skimmed milk, blueberrys and protein powder about 20 mins before I leave the house so given that there will be a warm up etc probably about 45 mins before lifting weights.

Afterwards a post workkout protein shake.

Then essentially 2 big meals and 2 snacks during the day.

Im looking to loose weight at the moment so Im thinking 1g per pound of body weight protein

Im also looking at 40% protein, 30% carbs 30% fat.

Im also looking at reducing my overall calories by 25% but sticking to the above macros.

What do you think? Am I on the right track?

Looks okay to me. But I just make a 5 egg omelet with a diced potato mixed in.

Bacon and eggs, protein shake for me. Usually b&e 1 hr before though.
