If training in the morning after a no-carb day, how would you fuel the workout with basic supplements and/or food?
Well if you have carbs on the days you train your glycogen stores won’t be depleted from a day of no carbs if you were inactive. But you normally would have pre-workout carbs, PLAZMA for example. Food might do, but it need to be rapidly absorbed as to avoid digestion hurting your workout.
Oh, good point. Wouldn’t the carbs from training days, even if you’d eat a few more of them, and then not eat on nontraining days also be utilized a whole lot better?
