Which type of protein is better to have when you wake up,whey or casein?

Why not use both to get the advantages of each?

A solid meal that contains protein is best.

Eggs.

Steak.

Eggs & Steak.

Oatmeal with Grow!.

Definitely some whey to break the catabolic state ASAP. As said before, mix it with a wholefood that absorbs a bit slower and you’re sorted.
