I went out this weekend and purchased a contractor's wheelbarrow, numerous sandbags, a sledgehammer, jump rope and also obtained an old truck tire. I'm going to start with 10 min. workouts in the morning and work my way up.
My question is should I be consuming anything prior to the GPP? I was thinking something along the lines of 5-10 g. BCAA's. I am on a cutting phase if that makes any dif.
