I’m going to start the Growth Surge project tomorrow. My work schedule varies that I will need to do my 2 workouts at 6:30am and 8:00pm. Does this present a major problem? Is anyone else doing something similar? I would rather do the above than switching the times I workout depending on my work schedule for that day. Most days might actually be 6:30am and 6:00pm since weekend nights I want to train earlier. What do you guys think of this plan?
Your schedule does not present a problem at all. It would only present a problem if you were working out the same body part twice in a day. I think Poloquin says keep 6 hours between workouts if doing the same body part. There is some overlap, but with all the calories and anabolic support during this session, it should not be a problem. Just make sure to get enough calories in after the 8pm workout.
